Granola & More is the second installment of a dream. In 2014, we opened the Glassy View Bed & Breakfast in Landrum, South Carolina. For five years, we thoroughly enjoyed creating an environment in which our guests could relax and enjoy the mountains and developing a variety of gourmet breakfast options for them. But granola was the common thread in every meal. Made fresh each morning with the best ingredients we could find, our guests frequently commented on it as a standalone delectable or as a complement to our broader menu.

 

In 2020, we closed the Bed & Breakfast and moved to Charleston to meet a variety of personal needs, but Tammy’s love for cooking and the broad success of her delicious granola led her to evolve her dream and make it a staple for many more breakfast tables. As the dream continues to develop, we hope to create more sweet and savory wholesome offerings for you and your family to enjoy. We know you’ll love it as much as we do.

 

Our granola is hand-mixed, baked and packaged right here in Charleston South Carolina. Whenever possible, we source our ingredients from local growers. But regardless of where it’s grown, we’re always searching for the best we can find so that you can be sure you have the best quality and most delicious granola that you can find. It matters to us because we know it matters to you. We also know that not everyone can eat things like tree nuts, dairy products, or gluten. So, we make a variety of mixes to suit your family’s needs. For now, we’re just getting started, and you should know that we don’t yet have a kitchen where a full separation of these ingredients can be guaranteed, but as soon as we can, we will look to do that, and you will be first to know.
